Making Mayonnaise & Ketchup by MicroSlicer

The process for the production of emulsions like ketchup, mayonnaise, dressing, even mustard is done in almost the same way. 

1. Insert water into the main hopper.

2. Insert oil into the additional hopper.


3. Start circulation

4. Insert dry ingredients into recirculation stream


5. Open the oil tap after 20 seconds running.

6. After approx. 90 seconds, the oil is emulsified.


7. Insert vinegar and lemon juice, circulate further 20 seconds

8. Empty into a container of choice.









The process takes around 3 minutes.
